Responsibility for the Quality, Safety, Health and the Environment Protection Policy originates within the highest levels of Management of the Company.

The commitment of the Company at all Management levels to safety, quality, health and environmental protection procedures is maintained by its policy of providing all necessary resources including personnel for the full implementation, execution and monitoring of all aspects of its Ship Management activities.

Omicron Ship Management Inc. is committed to promoting an honest and trustworthy working environment, both on board and ashore, to compliment the Company’s procedures and to reinforce the vision of business ethics within the Company.

The senior management within the shore establishment of Omicron Ship Management Inc. shall set a prime example. In the performance of all Company’s business, honesty and integrity shall have the highest priority for the Company’s management team.

Senior management are required to, and shall disclose any conflicts of interest relating to business with respect to their position within Omicron Ship Management Inc.

Omicron Ship Management Inc. shall identify all aspects of its operations, both ashore and on-board, which have an impact on the environment and shall prepare operational guidelines to ensure that the impact of each aspect does not threaten the environment, either locally or globally.

It is the Company's goal to conduct its business in a manner that balances environmental and economic needs of the communities in which it operates.

Company’s Goal is to achieve ZERO spills at sea and to minimize the air emissions through continuous improvement.
